Australian educators are part of an organisation called living values, which is supported by UNESCO, their aim is to get together educators, parents and institutions to work for an education that teaches about peace and respect for everybody. This are values that are common for all the world.
The people from this organisation know that children can learn values and behave in a way that reflects those values in a natural way, if the context they live in is adequate. People who had the opportunity to work within the premises of this organisation are very thankful, because they have seen changes in the way their children behave.
Besides parents now know how to treat their children respectfully, and children are happy doing their homework, there is peace at their homes and everybody is happier. The values that now are found at their houses are those of harmony, peace, unity and love.
Some people think that their methods are the best, but this may differ from family to family. While some parents think that the most important thing is communication and calmness at home, some may prefer that their children respect their decisions. These are parents that were educated that way, being yelled at and punished for any wrong thing that they did.
To sum up , It is important that parents understand that they have to teach their children values like peace and respect. If some parent’s don’t know how to teach this to their kids, they can learn from organisations as Living Values. This is not an easy thing to do. To change their minds, they must listen and start working to change the way the relate at home.

Most of Australia's population is concentrated in cities and the majority of these are situated on the coastline. Australia's capital is Canberra. There are hundreds of opportunities in the education field in Australia, this can be seen in the number of agencies that contact people for working there. There are journals that contain information about the opportunities that are available.
Australian government helps foreign people that go there to work; they have a foreign policy that supports immigration. There are a variety of community-based services that cater to the needs of newly-arrived migrants, refugees, asylum seekers, some of which receive funding from the Commonwealth Government.
When a person goes to Australia to work, first of all should to learn to speak English. After that, everybody have to get the visa to do any kind of work in Australia. Most graduates visit Australia on a 12 month working holiday visa (which permits limited temporary work during one 12 month period).
Besides, the diplomas and requirements that people will need vary depending on the position you are looking for, the institution and the kind of preparation you have. In some cases, the diploma you get in Colombia won’t be accepted until it is validated by an Australian university, or you get a professional certification.

besides, other value that people in Australia teach is friendship with the other people ,they invite to parties or practice different extreme sports or drink in the carnivals ,in addition Australian people help other people to improve the abilities in speaking a foreign language.
